Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping & Handling charges are calculated at 30% for all orders.  Shipping costs will vary depending on plant size and quantity. If plant sizes/quantities are large, please call for a quote. Any overpayment will be refunded and underpayment will be billed.

We will take the absolute best care possible in the handling, packaging and shipping of your plants.

UPS/FEDEX Shipping

We normally use ground service. For upgraded UPS/FEDEX rates (3 day select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) call for an estimate.

Special Orders: If your order is less than $500.00, there will be a $25.00 handling fee. In addition shipping and packing will be 30% of your stock total. If your order is over $1000 your UPS/FEDEX shipping charges will be charged at cost. It is best for you to call with orders of this nature.

For other Freight Methods 

Air freight, motor freight, and combination truck packing, handling and shipping estimates are available upon request.

For Customer Pick-Up

Any large bare root, B & B, or container trees/shrubs will have to be picked up at the nursery or special shipment arrangements made. All orders are packed for customer pickup and will be charged for packing materials. Please call for quote on pricing.

Accounts

For cash accounts that prepay by check, any overpayment will be refunded and underpayment will be be billed or sent COD. Credit card and open accounts will be billed with the final cost adjusted when your order is shipped.
