Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping & Handling charges are calculated at 18% for orders from $250 up to $1000. For orders above $1000 please call for rates. We will take the absolute best care possible in the handling, packaging and shipping of your plants.

UPS Shipping

We normally use ground service. For upgraded UPS rates (3 day select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) call for an estimate.

Special Orders: If your order is less than $250.00, there will be a $25.00 handling fee. In addition shipping and packing will be 25% of your stock total. If your order is over $1000 your UPS shipping charges will be charged at cost. It is best for you to call with orders of this nature.

For other Freight Methods 

Air freight, motor freight, and combination truck packing, handling and shipping estimates are available upon request.

For Customer Pick-Up

Any large bare root, B & B, or container trees/shrubs will have to be picked up at the nursery or special shipment arrangements made. All orders are packed for customer pickup and will be charged for packing materials. Please call for quote on pricing.

Accounts

For cash accounts that prepay by check, any overpayment will be refunded and underpayment will be be billed or sent COD. Credit card and open accounts will be billed with the final cost adjusted when your order is shipped.
